Time Matters

Deborah grew up in Kansas City, KS and graduated from Wyandotte High School in 1978. She received an Associate Degree from Donnelly College in 1983 and moved to Colorada in 1984, only to return to Kansas City, KS in 1988. She followed up her education and received a Bachelors Degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry in 1998.

Deborah has two children and two grandchildren. She owns a business (Time Matters, LLC), which provides event planning services ranging from small to large scale and generate satisfaction in the areas of appearance and performance. Time Matters, LLC was started in 2003. She is an adept event planner, having served as the tournament chair/coordinator for the Kansas Black Chamber of Commerce (KBCC) for the last two years. She has assisted with other events for KBCC such as their annual luncheon. She has served as the Special Events Coordinator for the largest fund-raiser (Martin Luther King, Jr. Educational Scholarship Event) for the Golden Royalties Chapter of the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA).
