KEEN Kansas City is a volunteer-run, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization. KEEN Kansas City is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of parents, volunteers, business people and community leaders. The board directs KEEN’s operations, charts its direction, spearheads fundraising events, and ensures that KEEN stays focused on its core mission. KEEN Kansas City is an LLC, and, together with its sister affiliates, falls under the umbrella of KEEN USA.
